Made to order

Every board is custom made for you. Payment is taken when you place your order and production begins after you approve your digital proof.

Proofs and changes

After your order we email you a link to view your digital proof online. From that page you can approve it or request changes — revisions before approval are included, and each new version is emailed to you. Please check names, dates and spelling carefully; we build exactly what you approve.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your proof. Once a board is in production it can’t be cancelled or returned, because it’s made only for you.

Shipping

Shipping is free to Connecticut addresses. Elsewhere in the US, flat-rate shipping is $50 for 24", $50 for 28", $100 for 30", $100 for 32". We email tracking when your board ships.

Damage in transit

If your board arrives damaged, email photos of the board and packaging within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
